ONLINE STORE SALES TERMS

The owner of the online store https://oja9.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Vabanemine OÜ (registration code 11402233), located at Oja 9, Puka alevik, 67217 Otepää vald, Valga maakond. 

Validity of the sales contract, product and pricing information

The sales terms apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price of the goods. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.

The delivery fee for the goods depends on the buyer’s location and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Information about the goods is provided directly next to the products in the Online Store.

Order Placement

To order goods, you need to add the desired products/services to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required fields and select a suitable method for delivering the products. The total amount will then be displayed on the screen, which can be securely paid using the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele
  • Visa/Mastercard payments
  • Note! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the “Return to the merchant” button on the bank’s page.

 Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Montonio Finance UAB. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card information. The contract comes into effect upon receipt of the payment due amount to the Online Store’s settlement account.

The owner of the Online Store is the data controller and transmits the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance UAB.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than 14 days from the date of notification.

Right of Withdrawal

A refund will be issued for cancellations made 2 days prior to the deadline. If canceled later, 50% will be refunded. To cancel, please contact us at  info@oja9.ee

Right to Make a Complaint

The buyer has the right to submit complaints within two months of their occurrence by contacting the online store via email at  info@oja9.ee

The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.

The online store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing

The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer solely for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The online store will share personal data with the transportation service providers to facilitate the delivery of the goods.

The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed this desire by entering their email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent via email at any time by informing us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to the email address  info@oja9.ee

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural conditions can be reviewed, and an application can be submitted  here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The examination of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.

The buyer may turn to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution  Platform.
